Did you know that Ashford Borough Citizens Advice Bureau handled nearly 13,000 queries last year? 2020 is expected to be even busier as the Covid-19 pandemic impacts us in lots of different ways. We still need funding at this time when many of our sources such as sponsorship from big sporting events like the London Marathon have been postponed.
Could you challenge yourself to complete your own personal “Journey through June” and raise money for us? Why not use your permitted daily exercise to improve your physical fitness and mental health and raise valuable funds for the Ashford Borough Citizens Advice Bureau at the same time?
It’s simple – challenge yourself to complete exercise every day as you “Journey through June”. This could be:
- An online yoga class
- A brisk walk round the block
- A stimulating 5k run
- A relaxing ride – pedal powered or on horseback
